A calm, private retreat with its own entrance, Kahurangi Wai Apartment #2 is designed for comfort and ease, whether travelling solo or as a couple. Gentle sunlight fills the space throughout the day, creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy your time away.
The kitchenette is equipped for preparing simple meals or a hot drink, with a two-burner stovetop, microwave and small fridge/freezer. Alternatively take the scenic 20 minute walk down to the village centre to sample a local café or restaurant.
Enjoy year-round comfort with air conditioning, a cosy queen bedroom, endless gas hot water and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The convenience of a washing machine & clothes dryer has also been thought of.
Tucked away on a peaceful street, this self-contained holiday accommodation is a welcoming base to rest, recharge and experience Lake Tekapo at your own pace.

Pleasant and convenient stay in Lake Tekapo. In general, the area has high prices for accommodations, so the price here was good compared to other options. However, compared to other places, it is already quite upscale.

Great apartment, spotlessly clean and very well equipped, especially for cooking. The location is quiet and peaceful, and we felt completely at home. Being outside of the village center makes it perfect for stargazing when the weather allows, and we were even lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the Southern Lights. Highly recommended.
