14 Scott St

14 Scott Street is a much-loved older holiday home that its owner is delighted to share with visitors. Sunny, warm and welcoming, it has lovely alpine views and a wonderfully central location in the heart of Tekapo village. Outdoor seating on the deck is a great place to sit and enjoy the sunshine, take in the views and, after dark, experience Tekapo’s renowned night sky. The large, fully fenced back garden provides plenty of space for children to play.
  
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen opens into a spacious living and dining area, creating a comfortable space for everyone to gather. A large log burner and heat pump keep the home warm and cosy throughout the year.  There is one bathroom, with the toilet located separately for added convenience.
    
Set in a quiet, established part of Tekapo village, the home is just a short walk from a children’s playground, making it particularly well suited to families. The lakefront and village centre are approximately a 15-minute walk away, where you’ll find the local supermarket, cafés and restaurants.  With its sunny deck, generous garden, cosy living spaces and convenient village location, 14 Scott Street is a relaxed and character filled base for enjoying all that Lake Tekapo and the Mackenzie Country have to offer.
