The kitchenette is equipped for preparing a simple breakfast, microwave meals, snacks and hot drinks, with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini-fridge. Please note there is no cooktop. The entire studio is fully wheelchair accessible, with a lowered basin, shower chair and grab rails, making it a comfortable and practical option for guests with accessibility needs. Off-street parking is available directly in front of the studio.
There’s plenty of rural charm right outside your door, with alpacas and merino sheep across the road, while the beautiful Lake Tekapo lakefront and village centre are just a five-minute walk away, where you can enjoy Tekapo’s cafés, restaurants, shops and spectacular alpine scenery without needing to drive.
Farmview Studio 1 is a wonderful alternative to a traditional hotel room – offering the privacy and convenience of your own space, with the added bonus of peaceful farm surroundings and easy access to everything.

We stayed here for two nights, for a last-minute trip to Lake Tekapo. Absolutely loved our stay! Woke up to amazing views of the mountains and seeing sheep and alpacas at the petting zoo across. Could see the milky way at night. The accommodation itself was wonderful and just as described. We had the best sleep after a long drive, and was very happy with our stay. The studio was a 5 min walk to the lake. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. The space was modern, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient stay.
The location was excellent, just a 5–10 minute walk to the main area, and the route was easy and pleasant. It was also very quiet, which we especially appreciated since each unit is a separate pod rather than a room in a larger building.
The host was responsive, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would happily stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this studio in Lake Tekapo. The space is minimalist yet very cozy, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably clean. Its walkable location made it easy to explore nearby local spots, while still feeling peaceful and serene throughout our stay.
One of the highlights was being able to step right outside the door and see the Milky Way on a clear night, truly magical! The studio is well-equipped with a smart TV and everything needed for a comfortable stay. As a lovely bonus, the property is right across from a small pet farm where we could see (and pet!) alpacas and sheep, which added a charming, memorable touch.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Lake Tekapo. We would absolutely stay here again!! 🤍
