Farmview Studio 2
With a private bathroom and handy kitchenette, Farmview Studio 2 is compact yet thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette is equipped for preparing a simple breakfast, microwave meals, snacks and hot drinks, with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini-fridge. Please note there is no cooktop.
Just across the road, you’ll find alpacas and merino sheep, adding a lovely touch of rural charm to your stay. Despite its peaceful setting, the studio is conveniently close to the heart of Tekapo, with the beautiful lakefront, village shops and cafés and restaurants all just a five-minute walk away. Free street parking is available nearby. A wonderful alternative to a traditional hotel room – offering a cosy and private base for a short escape, with easy access to Tekapo’s natural beauty, local eateries and spectacular alpine surroundings.

Very convenient location—close to the central area, yet peaceful and relaxing. The space is modern and exceptionally well equipped, with a comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. It was such a delight to watch the friendly farm animals (alpacas, sheep, and even a pig!) just across the road. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful night at this listing. The studio is very well setup and has a comfortable bed. It was also very clean. Very close to town which made it very convenient, but also quiet and peaceful at night. It’s also across from a field with alpacas and sheep, which was super cute! Kitchen was small but well stocked. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay near Lake Tekapo. Wish it had been available more nights as I would have loved to stay a little longer :).
