This modern, fully self-contained property is thoughtfully equipped with quality amenities, and air-conditioned throughout for the perfect temperature year-round. Underfloor heating in the bathroom and gas hot water makes showering at the end of a day exploring an absolute pleasure.
The sheltered private courtyard offers beautiful views of Mt John and the stunning cottage gardens of the neighboroughing Aldourie Lodge. Glimpses of Lake Tekapo can be seen through the foliage, and the riverside track begins directly across the road, leading to the Church of the Good Shepherd and lakefront walks.

This accommodation is exceptionally spacious, clean, and luxurious. The kitchen is a ‘state of the art’ kitchen, with upscale appliances. The home is in a very private and beautifully landscaped area, and walking distance to all main attractions and restaurants.
