Blae Loch

Blae Loch, meaning ‘Blue Lake’, is a spacious, sunny & modern holiday home set on the hillside, with stunning views to Lake Tekapo & the surrounding mountains. The generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opens to a sunny deck with outdoor seating – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, gather for an alfresco meal or simply sit back and take in the ever-changing vistas.

A heat pump and log burner keep the home warm and inviting through the cooler months, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare food for the whole group. After a day exploring the Mackenzie Country, come home and settle in for a meal and a movie. A SKY box is also available for guests to use with their own SKY card.  The sleeping area is thoughtfully arranged into two separate wings, with two bedrooms and a bathroom either side of the central living area. This provides a wonderful balance of shared space and privacy, making it an ideal layout for a family or group of friends.

For those keen to explore on foot, the Cowans Hill walking track starts just a few minutes away, while the lakefront and village centre are approximately a 20-minute walk. With its spectacular outlook, generous living spaces and flexible family-friendly layout, Blae Loch is a wonderful base for enjoying the scenery, adventure and unforgettable night skies of Lake Tekapo.
