Blae Loch

Blae Loch, meaning Blue Lake, is a spacious, sunny, modern holiday home set up on a hill with stunning panoramic views of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains.

The spacious living areas open out to the deck and outdoor seating. A heat pump and log burner keep the house warm in winter, and the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for a group fun & easy! A fantastic house for 2 families, the sleeping quarters are split into two ‘wings’ with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom each side of the living area.

20 minutes walk to the village centre shops & eateries, and just minutes away from the Cowens Hill walking track. A SKY box is available with your own card.

Thank-you for a wonderful stay! Fantastic house, warm, clean, well equipped and with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Great for two families, as has two ‘wings’ off the kitchen/living spaces, with 2 bedrooms + bathroom on each side. Highly recommend.

I regret not to book more days 😔. The house was wonderful a lot of space and the view of the lake is remarkable!! My daughter loved the bunk bed and the living room. Also she enjoyed looking at the hares running around the neighborhood. And my mom loved the kitchen because it is a proper and excellent space. Definitely, I will return in my next annual leave 😎

We had a great time there, the place is clean and comfy with calming view and neighbourhood. We are surprised to see wild rabbits running freely around. it’s clean and complete with everything essentials. A great choice! Great star gazing patio too.
