A beautiful, sunny and modern holiday home designed to make the most of its spectacular views across to Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains. Spacious and filled with natural light, Greystone is an ideal choice for families or groups looking for a relaxing alpine escape. The generous open-plan living, dining and fully-equipped kitchen area is the heart of the home, with large windows capturing the surrounding scenery. A heat pump keeps the space comfortable year-round, while a cosy log fire adds warmth and atmosphere during the cooler winter months.  Large doors open onto an elevated deck where you can sit back, enjoy the views or take in Tekapo’s stunning night skies. A second outdoor area behind the kitchen catches the mid-afternoon and evening sun and includes a BBQ, making it a lovely spot for relaxed summer meals.

All four bedrooms enjoy lake and mountain views. The spacious master bedroom features a private ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, with direct access to the elevated deck. The three remaining bedrooms share a generous second bathroom with both a shower and bath. Full laundry facilities are conveniently located in the garage.
 
Greystone is located just a 20-minute walk from the village centre and beautiful Lake Tekapo lakefront, making it easy to leave the car and enjoy the local eateries, shops and spectacular alpine scenery on foot.
