This beautiful sunny new home was built to maximize the stunning views of Lake Tekapo and surrounding mountains. Greystone has a large spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas are heated by a heat pump and also a log fire for winter months. This area opens onto an elevated deck with lake and mountain views. A second outdoor area with a BBQ is situated behind the kitchen, catching the mid afternoon and evening sun.
All 4 bedrooms offer lake and mountain views. The master king bedroom is complimented by ensuite and walk in wardrobe and has access to the elevated deck area. A second bathroom with shower and bath is shared by the other 3 bedrooms.
Laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer are located in the garage.

A very good property in a beautiful location with an excellent view in all directions. The house was modern, clean and as spacious as it looked in the photographs. A special mention for the team in the office (check in/out) who were very happy to offer advice on the local area and answer any questions.

The instructions for check in before arriving were clear and we were able to check in smoothly even when we got there at night.The location of the house is very secluded and you can see the stars without leaving the house.The whole house is new and fully equipped for large families or groups.The most pleasant thing is the Chinese prompt in the room, which is very friendly to parents who are not good in English.Would definitely stay here again if I get the chance!
