A warm, sunny, 2-storey house, Korokipo is perfectly set up for a group or several families. An easy 10 minute walk to the village centre or lake front.
With great views and a fabulous sunny deck you can enjoy this house all year round. There are two living spaces, one upstairs and one down. A fully equipped kitchen is upstairs in an open-plan living area/lounge.
Downstairs has a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, along with a second living area, with TV – great for kids or teenagers. The bedrooms are split across the two levels, with a modern bathroom on each.

Lovely place. It’s suitable for a group. As for the place – it’s lovely and warm. There is Chromecast enabled TV as well – so you could easily cast.

The house is large, there are many rooms, suitable for many friends to travel and stay.Easy to do laundry and dry your clothes, you can also put CDs to listen to music on the house, and the terrace has a BBQ grill that works well.You can see Lake Tekapo in the distance from the terrace, and it is also very convenient to walk to Good Shepherd’s Church.

This is a really lovely holiday home with everything you could need. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, there were toys for the kids and books and magazines for all ages and interests. The deck is awesome and was great to have a bbq to use also. Having a living area on each level meant there was lots of space for everyone.
