Loudon Lodge
Loudon Lodge faces north with mountain views from most rooms, and a flat section with a large deck from which to enjoy the sun. Modern, sunny and warm house with a central open kitchen, dining and living area, and 2 separate bedroom wings either side – perfect for two families or larger groups. Each bedroom wing has 2 spacious rooms and it’s own bathroom. This house is kept nice and warm with three heat-pumps, and use of the log fire in winter.
Nice quiet street for kids playing outside and walking distance to the lake and village centre. There is also easy access to the Cowens Hill walkway.

In a perfect location, very close to the town, making it super convenient to get around. The views from the rooms are also fantastic. The space is more than enough, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I will definitely choose this place again when I visit next time!

We loved our stay at this property! The house is in a great location very close to the town center. We arrived in town late and the hosts made checking in very easy by confirming our arrival time ahead of time. The house itself is very large, and even had two separate sides that would be very convenient for large groups! The beds were very comfortable and warm. The area is beautiful and there are lots of little bunnies hopping around late at night! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lake Tekapo!

Absolutely lovely and beautiful place to stay. The 360 degree view on the nearby hill top is spectacular and the cute rabbits that wander around the neighbourhood are a bonus!

Perfect stay during our large family trip. The two separate sleeping areas on each side of the house allowed for privacy, and the living area and wonderful outdoor area for lots of common space. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
