Very nice and private housing area with minimal lights on the street at night (as is the whole lake tekapo city) in order to further enhance the visitors’ stargazing experience. On our first night there, the sky was so clear and dark that we can already see a lot of stars right from the house’s driveway. Nice view of the lake from the living room window too during the day. Overall a very cozy stay with my family.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights and I could not get enough! It was a total package. Great location very close to town centre with amazing views of the mountain range. Love the open floor plan and big windows. Warm house. Kitchen had everything we needed, it felt comfortable working in it. Perf for families. Decent size rooms and fair bed allocations. 10/10 would recommend! Guy at the check-in office was also v accommodating 👍🏻

This place was extremely homely and comfortable with so much sunlight in the living area. Wow what an amazing view! Highly worth staying here. Right across the road is a path that takes you down to the lake, from there you can walk to town or the hot springs on another path- definitely a beautiful walk!

Excellent place to stay. Not that far out of town. Great for stargazing if you just walk to the back areas of the development. The property had beanbags which were also helpful to put in the courtyard to help our necks with the stargazing.

The house was squeaky clean and had everything you need for a stay which includes baby related stuffs as well(high chair, spoons etc).  Stunning views of lake and mountains and the sunrise was spectacular
