Enter from street level in to the sunny kitchen/dining/living area.  In summer open the ranch slider doors to the balcony where a small BBQ is available.  On winter days keep cozy and warm beside the log fire or the heatpump, relaxing with Netflix or Sky sports on the large smart TV.

A separate cozy den with a heatpump and Smart TV entertains children while adults socialize. Or it’s the perfect room for some precious quiet time. The den is connected to a bedroom which opens out to another sunny deck.  One of two bathrooms is also on this level, with gas hot water so you never run out.

Three more cosy bedrooms are located downstairs, two of which open out onto a covered deck with more seating.  A second bathroom adjoins these bedrooms.

The double garage is available for foot access, making it easier to unload luggage and enter the main house. Perfect to safely store bikes, skis etc.  A pool table, second fridge/freezer and full laundry is in the garage, along with drying racks. There is a washing line outside for sunny days.

Multiple living spaces inside and outside enables those travelling in groups to always find a quiet spot to read a book, chat, re-energize and star gaze.  Mt Edward View is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a 10 minute walk from the village centre eateries and lakefront.
