Alpine Rest

Alpine Rest enjoys wonderful views towards Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains, offering a comfortable & characterful base for families and small groups. The spacious open-plan living area is located on the second level, where a newly renovated, well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy. Large doors open onto a sun-drenched balcony, creating a lovely indoor-outdoor space for morning coffee, relaxed meals or simply sitting back and taking in the spectacular alpine scenery.
  
The first bedroom is on the second level with the living area, while upstairs you’ll find a king bedroom with stunning lake and mountain views, along with the third bedroom, making the home particularly well suited to families.  The bathroom has a shower and basin, with a separate toilet conveniently located across the landing.

The double garage provides secure parking as well as plenty of room for outdoor equipment. The laundry is located within the garage. Outside, the large, flat back lawn provides plenty of space for children to play or a family cricket match. Located approximately a 15-minute walk from the lakefront, Alpine Rest is also within easy walking distance of Tekapo’s cafés, restaurants and shops.

Nightly rates (minimum 2 night stay):

• from $350 for 1-2 guests, depending on season
• plus $50 per extra guest
• under 2 yrs free in a port-a-cot (available for hire)
• linen, towels and cleaning included
