Guests have access to the lodge’s shared living areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, laundry and patio with outdoor seating. The kitchen has several large refrigerators, two dishwashers, ovens and stovetops, along with a range of utensils, making it ideal for self-catering.

Motuariki Lodge provides a clean, relaxed, convenient base for travelers comfortable with a shared living environment.  Centrally located, it is within easy reach of Lake Tekapo and the village centre, including shops and restaurants – just a 20-minute walk or short drive. Parking is available on-site.  A good value Tekapo accommodation for couples and solo travelers, or friends traveling together but looking for their own space.

Please note, at 9 square metres total (including the ensuite bathroom), this room is compact. It is perfect for solo travelers or couples with light luggage who value a clean self-contained accommodation and a great night’s sleep over bedroom space.  If you are traveling with large suitcases, be aware that floor space is limited.
