Starlight is a spacious multi-level alpine retreat set against the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Tekapo. Thoughtfully designed for families and groups, this welcoming home provides a comfortable and relaxing base from which to enjoy everything Tekapo has to offer. North-facing and filled with natural light, the home features expansive wraparound decking – the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, or simply take in the peaceful mountain and lake views.
The elevated living area is warm and inviting, with a cosy log burner creating a relaxed atmosphere on cooler evenings, while a heat pump provides convenient year-round heating and cooling. A well-equipped kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together after a day exploring the region. Each of the three comfortable bedrooms has both internal and external access, offering flexibility and privacy for families and groups. With two bathrooms, including one with a shower and bath, two separate toilets and a dedicated laundry, Starlight is particularly well suited to longer stays, small groups or families.
Set on a generous corner section, the property offers a wonderful sense of space and privacy. The outdoor areas provide plenty of opportunity to enjoy Tekapo’s fresh alpine air, spectacular scenery and renowned night skies. Located close to the heart of Lake Tekapo, Starlight is an ideal place to slow down, reconnect and create lasting holiday memories in one of New Zealand’s most iconic alpine destinations.
